Pruning
Ok so the bottem leaves of my guys are browning and falling off which i think is normal but should i let them fall off or clip them off and what about the rest of the plant should i just let it go or what. Also i have both of them is pots about 10 inch tall is that enough soil to go thru the whole grow or do i need to cut the bottems off the pots and set them on bigger ones?

It's the volume of the pot not the depth of the soil that matters. 1 gallon per foot that the plant will finish at.
Cutting the bottom off a pot is not how to transplant. You need to tip the pot on its side, rolling it and gently tapping to loosen the root ball, then slide it out into a pot that has enough soil already in it to make the top of the old soil even with the top of the new pot.
If you have leaves browning you need to figure out the CAUSE. Could be lots of things. You can cut them when damage is over half the leaf, or let them fall naturally, your choice. Just make sure to get dead leaves out of your grow room otherwise you get disease.

Pruning
The bottom leaves going brown, crunchy and dieing and then falling off is normal. The plant has ceased to use these leaves and they are now a drain on energy so the plant kills them.
Let them fall off though, dont cut them because the plant will stop growth and repair where you've cut.
Let them go naturaly.
But obviously, if they all start turning you have problems.
