This has always happened to me and i cant figure out why no matter what im smoking out of i always get an erection. Its like the instant i realize that im high i catch like viagra type bones that dont go away. Its hard to smoke around dudes for me cause i gotta be sittin down and cant get up and get food or liquids unless im bymself and thats no fun. Whats a guy to do

Makes sense that that happens because once THC kicks in, it's a powerful vaso-dilator (vein relaxer/widener), which is the mechanism that erections depend on. Those veins have to relax and open up so the blood can flow into the erectile tissue. That's why people with high blood pressure have the opposite problem of having difficulty getting hard. Because those veins can't relax when they're under so much pressure.
You may have to quit smoking except in private. Or wait to smoke again till you're a little older and the response you're experiencing now isn't so automatic.

Get a plastic male chastity device, such as the CB-3000. You put it on when you're flaccid, and it keeps things from growing larger than 3 inches. They also make ones that are smaller and bigger. The CB-3000 is in the middle. I wish I'd had one of them when I was younger, but they are a recent invention.
You could also try medical tape, but don't cut off circulation of any tissue.
As I used a few times as a teenager, hold your breath. Just hold it until it gets really uncomfortable and eventually it'll go down....for some reason.
