Spraying leaves with Seltzer water question...

Hey guys, what's the proper way to spray leaves on a flowering (early stage) plant?? I bought 2 liters of Seltzer water, and picked up a bottle of Nitrozime. I have a very good spray bottle with a fine mist spray. Do I spray the entire plant, or do I stay away from the flowers and concentrate on the sun leaves. Spray the top of the leaves or the bottom sides??? I know it has to be done in moderation,... But whats the correct approach???? Thanx!!!:thumbsup:
