HURRY HURRY HELP. I NEED HELP ASAP...TIMES OF THE ESSENCE

ok about 5 min ago i had to clip my buds....i hurried and gve them a trim of the fan leaves. i was pressed for time (why is not important right now). anwyay it turned out i had waaaay to many buds (whch should be a good thing lol). all i have is a small space to keep them in my closet (about 1.5ft by 2.5 ft). i was gunna hang them in there. the space is all the way on the top of the closet on a shelf. i was gunna hang them in there bu like i said i have to many. then somebody came into my house while i was doing this so then i didnt know what to do so i took the buds and placed them on the shelf one by one. unfortunatly a lot are on top of eachother cause theres so many i cant spread them out. i covered the AREA (not the buds) with a towel to hide the smell as much as i can. my question is can i dry them out this way. i doubt they will mold....why would they? will it jus take longer to dry? whatdo i do....should i leave trhem for a few weeks....turn em over once a day....and star to cure them by wen im done? heeeelp

Here is an idea.

Go to your local grocery store and ask them for some empty cardboard boxes, bring them home and poke bent paperclips through the roof of the box. Hang your buds off of the suspended paperclips with string or whatever inside the box. Keep the boxes closed and stacked in a corner of a room in your house until they are ready for the jars.

I would not keep the buds stacked on top of each other. Depending on your humidity levels in the closet they may mold.
