when to flower a clone
ok.. u cut the clone.. dip it in the solution.. stick it in the dirt.. light it for 1 week 24 hrs.. 1 week for 18/6.. and another 18/6 for good luck.. when could u start flowering for a good yield?? do u actually have to wait for it to get as big as your mother plant was?
the way i'm seein it, when u cut it and it has its preflowers, it already has its stage set, so its kind of like repair instead of regrowth.. if that makes sense..

You don't have to wait for it to get as big as the mother.
All you have to wait for is excellent root development.

so how would that affect yield??

Infinitely.
Because if you put it under a HPS with crappy root development it's going to croak.
If it has just okay roots it will be limited by the nutrients it can uptake.

as long as your mother plant is over 2 months then you can put them into flower as soon as the root but i would give them long so that youll have more nodes which means yes more buds but if your doing a sog then you dont really want those extra branches i guess its really up to you the only rule is make sure they are well rooted and start the light at more of a distance and gradualy move it closer to the clones
