HELP in sexing my plants
My plants are about 2-weeks old and I am seeing spurs at the branch-trunk intersection. The Indoor Marijuana Horticulture Bible shows a photo of the spurs and says you can tell if your plant is male by seeing them. Is 2-weeks too early to sex the plants using the spur method? Do female plants have spurs? When can I use this method of sexing, before or after I start flowering?
Thanks

I know exactly where in the book you are thinking of and I feel it's actually a little misleading. Both male and female plants will show those spurs. Before you put the plant into 12/12 the differences are not going to be discernable.
So hang on to your babies until 5-8 days into 12/12 and look for the little clusters of balls that are a much more reliable way to tell.
