I've been applying for jobs, and there is a good chance I'll have to take a piss test. I don't really have money to go out buy a flush, but I drink 64 oz bottle of water a day. Is this enough to clear out my piss naturally? Everyone tells me it takes like two months for your body naturally clear itselfs out ( Like with out massive water cosumption)... What is the quickest and easiest way to do so with having to buy a flush?

i dont know.. i heard somewhere ( i was reading up on drug tests because i was paranoid about getting tested in school ) anyway.. i heard that drinking water doesnt really "clean out your system" because the thc is stored in your fat cells.. i heard that all water does is delude the piss so that the thc cant be traced, but when you do that you should take vit B pills so that your piss stays yellow.
or something.. i dunno i heard that exercising helps.
Well if it gets stored in fat cells I'd imagine exercising would help

I had to clean out from smoking numerous times a day in 2 weeks not to long ago. I drank anywhere from 1 to 2 gallons of water a day. I also excercised to a slight extent. I drank a gallon of water before the test and I personally passed. I have no clue if it was because my urine was so dilute or if it worked by drinking lots of water for those 2 weeks, but I figure it cant hurt to do. Exercise if a definate way to remove fat from the body and therefore the cannaboids stored in them. Drinking water will also help to clean out the blood and your entire system, but who knows about the cannaboids. I would just say drink and exercise a lot cause it is the most natural way to clean your system out and it worked for me so it has to work to an extent I say. Besides, it is cheaper than buying stuff and if nothing else it is really healthy for you.
NO!!!! Do not excersice[U]. I recently failed a drug test and had to take a counsling session to keep my job. When I was there the counselor told me that excersing is the WORST thing you can do. The fat cells break down and release the THC stored in them into your bloodstream.
That is why you stop exercising a few days before your drug test. It is a good idea though if you are trying to clean out, it helps release them like they said and if you drink a lot of water it helps clean you out.Quote:

So from everything everyone's said I've gathered.. drink lots of fluids, increase creatine, and exercise (but not right before your test).
