why the hell do parents always say like "u can smoke weed when ur 18" and shit like that. as soon as u turn 18 the penalties for almost any crime increase considerably, therefore ur better off dong shit before u turn 18 and getting busted than doing it when ur 18 and older.

ya along with what most people said, i also believe it is a maturity factor...you may not see the diffrence in maturity in your-self but i assure your parents notice the diffrence...hell, you should be happy.
