little advice needed on poss hermie

hey all.. i have 5 girls.. well 1 of them i think could possibly be a hermie.. or should i say i think its turned hermie...the budsites just look slightly diff from my other girls plus i think i spoted a few balls in with some of the pistals.. theres lots of pistal on the plant jus a lot less then the others. allso that plant is the only plant that has very few bud sites formin.. my plants have been on 12/12 for 3weeks now .. well my question is.. if my guesstimate is correct and the plant has gone hermie will the balls get really big like pickable b4 they pop and release pollen over my plants???? i will be sad to lose a plant but i dont want to fuck my grow up with seeds.. allso i dont want to kill my plant to early through panic.. :rasta:

pick off the balls as soon as possible.....

well what i expect to be balls are to small to pick off as of yet.. but if im right which i hope im not.. then i think i will just remove the plant from my grow room and dispose of it

sorry the pics aint to good best i could do with my cam... anyways what do u all think?? i think i see a odd ball or to formin especily on the top of the plant.. im very confused.. if they r balls will they get really big b4 they pop?? allso this plant hasnt really got any bud sites so wouldnt be a great lose.. lots of the male lookin balls have pistals comin out .... i jus dont want to kill it without good cause
