Where's the best place to buy CFL's? Also, is there a particular brand and model that stands above the rest?
Lowes, Home Depot, Wallworld, etc. I am not sure about brand, but you need to match color to veg and flower cycles for best results. Cool Whites for veg if thats what you are doing for example.
