Loss of appetite since stopped smoking

I'm 19 and I concider myself to be a heavy smoker. At uni me and a few mates easily get through an 8th a day, if not more. And because its so easily available it means we have always got it. Now i'm back home for the summer where i can still get hold of green off a few people but unfortunatly my main guy is away until this coming Saturday and i have not smoked any green since last friday (the 7th).

Now, I normally have a fairly good appetite, especially after smoking, but the last few days i have just barely felt hungry at all and when i do i'll eat something but after a few mouthfuls i dont want to eat anymore.

I hope it is because i havent smoked for a few days because im starting to worry it might be something else.

Has anybody else experienced or know of someone who's had a sudden loss of appetite when having a break from smoking after puffing away heavily for a long time?

Any help is much appreciated.

Same thing happened to me...smoked daily for 3 years, and upon quitting, I thought my stomach was turning inside out.

It goes away, mine did in a week or so.

yea man im goin through the same thing i had to quit about a week ago and i have prolly eatin only about half of what i usually eat even when im straight

Wow, this is weird, I'm going through exactly the same thing. This is my second day not smoking... I need to find some weed..

I've been nibbling at things but I haven't actually "EATEN" since last time I had the munchies real bad

last summer i had to quit smoking about 3 years into my smokiing life, and the entire time i had sever back pain(i had forgotten about all the pain in my body since i had started smoking) insomnia, and not only that, but also loss of my normaly very strong apprtite, like normaly, i can eat a box of macaroni and chesse, about 3 hot dogs, and a gallon of choaolte milk in one sitting, but the goverment made me quit, and all of that shit happend, so now if i ever have to quit agin, im gonna slowly take it away

i gotta quit cuz i got busted by my parents and they said that i could'nt talk to my best friend again until i got clean so friends are more important than weed. although i will start tokin again the day i graduate high school and move out.

i know what u all mean and i thought it w ould happen to me but i've been eating just fine, i've been getting hungry pretty often without weed, but smoking makes eating fun!!! Also try drinking a few beers, that also makes me hungry.

yeah i know, i feel hungry with or without weed or beer. I was just sayin that when i do drink, it makes me hungry.
