Splinter Cell Chaos Theory or Another Code: Two Memories?

I'm in Aussieland and only have access to my Nintendo DS for the next five months, so I was looking to get some solid gaming in nontheless. Has anyone here played Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory on the DS? I just bought it but I'm afraid to open it cause some reviews said it sucked. I was also looking at a Euro-only game called Another Code: Two Memories, but it cost nearly twice as much. Should I return Splinter Cell or open it and commence gaming?
