how do you think this will work out?

me and a friend are going to start growing in a closet. we built a small hydro system out of a plastic tub. we have 5 pots with 5 seeds, the pots are filled with choir (not sure about the spelling) and perilite (again, spelling??). thats where we are so far.

heres what we have planned. we are going to get 3 CFLs that put out about2000 lumens each. they are 6500K. we are going to let them grow untill they are about 6 inches and then force them to flower. the reason for not having HPS is because of heat and cost, we are trying to do this as cheap as we can. the seeds are from a baggie.

how does this sound? do you think it will work? any help would be great!! i will keep you posted on how things are going.

come on people, this post has been on here for a few days now and quite a few people have looked at it. why hasnt anyone said anything??

for a single plant maybe but 5 plants is too much for the little light used, and to get the best out of CFL you have to LST or Scrog your plant how big is this setup?

its a small setup. the hydro system is a bubbler system that we built. its like 2' long by 1' wide by 1' deep. all we really want to do is try it out. we've tried a few times before and learned a whole lot of stuff, like you cant just put a seed in an inch of dirt and expect shit.
the main point of this grow is to prove to ourselvs that we can do it, and if it works out, it will take us out of the black market for a bit. and plus, come on, who doesnt want to smoke their own bud??? thats the best part about growing..

one last question. how many lumens will each plant need through veg and flowering??
