Great Grow-System Idea
I just had an outstanding idea, might take a little experimentation though. For a small DWC ScrOG setup make a airtight grow chamber, the top of it should be the best insulated glass that lets in all light. The light chamber should be on top of the glass, the chamber top is the light box bottom. The light should have enough room to raise the same height of the plants growth ending at X" from the screen.
The light should has a good ventilation system. Insulate the grow chamber with some insulation foam, just build a space into the frame to inject it. Ok so now the light has its separate air supply and you have an airtight grow chamber.
Now buy a cheap foam cooler and build a cooling coil from copper pipe to line the inside with, the coil will have an intake and exhaust both going into the sealed chamber. Fill the puppy up with dry-ice, use 2 computer fans (one for the return and one for supply) on a temp switch to activate your new cheap A/C unit that runs in a closed loop.
Just so happens you have Co2 gas as a by product, make a hole in the cooler and pipe that into the chamber, you will have to experiment with hose diameter and Co2 sublimation rate to get the best level. Putting some screen on the bottom of the cooler and building a bottom gap will increase the Co2 feed. That's it! Now you have a unit that does not need odor control, has Co2 injection and A/C. Dry ice, water and nutes are the only consumables and heat is minimal if done right.
In that setup the Co2 should last a while and should give good results, let me know what you all think. This should be great!!!!! Just make sure you caulk everything with black silicone blocking light and providing a seal, im sure an airtight door can't be all that hard to come up with.

I wouldn't draw air for the DWC from the chamber, it may produce an acid. Also the reservoir is external piped into the DWC system, so you can add nutes flush and refill without messing with the chamber. Just put a pump on the intake and exhaust with a couple valves so you can pump the DWC dry and drain and refill. Your return pump should be on the top of the reservoir so it doesn't work against the water pressure and mixes in some O2 as a bonus.
I would consider running a closed system for drainage of excess air pressure produced by the air pumps, so the might be a small odor problem unless you seal the tops of the DWC good.

nice idea - it should be fairly straight forward to build. I'm running a fogger based aeroponic unit at the moment but I reckon your concept would work nicely for this too.
