Refraining From Masturbation

Im trying to refrain from jerking off for as long as I can .. just to see what the effects are you know, wanna see if I can function better, be more active, think more clearer ... because I jerk off average 2 - 3 a day lol ... and I think thas a bit too much you know, I been jerkin it everday for a loooong time and tiredness is a crazy side-effect..I was wondering if I would notice anything POSITIVE out of all this refraining from jerking off ...... how long have any of you gone without chokin the chicken for? Did you feel happier or depresssed??? Any stories or ideas of what I should be experiencing would be appreciated!

well i;ve taken breaks for like 3 days, and the balls get alot bigger, u cum allot more, and it feels alot better.

You should get a male chastiy device, and put it on - they keep you from doing it. You can give the key to your significant other, or somebody else. They also have individually numbered plastic locks that can be cut off, and your girlfriend or wife will know if you cut it off.
