Up date on my cleaning out for UA

I did a home test after 19 days of not smoking after years of use (about a gram a day) of high dollar weed. Used "first check", and a got a faint, but readable line showing a Negative. :dance: The last time I tested myself was after 9 days and it came back positive.:( It's been hot, I've been working out in the yard, digging and pulling weeds. washing and waxing the cars, scrubbing the house and eating lite and healthy, dropping about 10 lbs. now 5'10 155lbs.
Now for a few questions, I have a UA in 3 days, should I spend the next few days laying around a fatting up to add a new layer of fat ? And I was told that If I diluted it would be considered a positive and I would fail. I did do a practice dilution yesterday with out the Creatinine just B-12 , aspirin and gatorade, trying to get the color right, that bright green/yellow and "vitamin"
smell seem like a bust.
