Glass Blunts! Details for glass shop?

Well I found a nice little place that would be willing to look into making a glass blunt for me but they've asked for more details. Unfortunately I've never seen one so all I have to go on is the pics from the planet ganja forum which I've already sent them. If anyone has any insight or ideas to help that I could pass along I'd appreciate it alot. Thanks in advance.

W0w, i've never seen any of those... Why is called a glass "blunt"?

It's a bit different actually. A head shop here in memphis just started selling them- do you want me to ask them how they make em?

It way different than a chillum actually, it's called a slider bat or glass blunt.

glass blunt is practically an oxymoron. the fact that its glass goes against almost every characteristic of a blunt and having to roll it.

you know that interesting someone brought this up because i was just about to post on something kinda similar. ive seen these "glass blunts" and to my knowledge its basically just a glass slider piece that fits in your desired water pipe and its just cylander and holds a rolled blunt in it. while i havent tried it i have toked many joints using my heavy water pipe and its nice. a good collecton to any glass collector.

also while this is on the subject of weird glass things i recently purcahsed something from my local smoke shop that they themselves hasnt played around with very much but i thought it looks interesting so i bought one. i dont know how to explain them but the makers url is http://www.vaporpro1.com/home.htm if you wanna take a look. now my question is, does anyone else have one of these? if so does it work correctly for you?

im just curious because it seems you have to grind up a good amount (meaning you have to fill it to the top) and it seems a bic lighter just isnt cutting it. someone at my smoke shop said that i could try using a torch lighter becuase it burns hotter and maybe using little to no water in my piece might help with the pull or pressure of the hit. it just seems you have to hit it hard and long to get just a little. id love if this would work so any help is appreciated.

And pictures would be great pumpkin, my you're helpful. I haven't been quoted on a price yet.. It might sting a little but I can't seem to find these anywhere so I'll have to swallow it. If the guy can make it. Thanks for the responses.
