i need to learn about piss tests asap

i am a regular/heavy smoker and I have a piss test on 7/7/06. I last smoked on 7/1/06. I'm drinking tons of green tea, taking cranberry tablets and also took a strong diaretic on 7/3/06. I don't know what clean out kits (if any) really work but I really need to pass this test. Feel like I'm selling out to the man (lol) but I gotta feed my kids. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm 5' 11" 175lbs. :question:

i think they can detect it in your piss after 3 days

ok it sounds gross but drink vineager... like a bottle or something thats what i did and surprisingly it worked so ya...your choice

thanks 420. i'm also taking 300mg tabs of cider vinegar. totalling 8 tabs per day(2400mg a day) should i take more? (it says600mg is equivalent to 1 tsp of pure cider vinegar)

dude just flush it out of your pis
drown yourself in alot of water, by the time it gets to your test it will be too diluteted, but you have to drink ALOT, like at least a water bottle every fe hour

sweating helps, try running a lot of sunbathing in the sun

I took my test last Friday and today (Wednesday) i got tha call that my test came back diluted. Probably gonna have to retest. This time I'm gonna use clean piss, just gotta worry about temp. Chemical hand warmer should do the trick. I'll let you all know what happens.
