Couldn't you just use a teapot as a bong? It's like the perfect shape. Am I missing something here? I intend to try this, and will post the results. All you'd need to do is put a bowl at the end.

Nah, man, from the top. The spout would be the stem. I guess it could work either way, though. And the hole in the top would have to fairly small to hit it from there.

I don't know man. I gotta try it out. I'll get a ceramic kettle from goodwill.

Seems Like a good idea to me

Since the spout goes right about in the middle,(meaning you have to fill it up half way with water, which is a lot)
and teapots aren't very tall/long, i don't think your gonna get a very big hit...

Well, if you kinda, make a sort of large pipe with a mouth peice and put it at the top part of the tea pot that give you something to hit from and it'll allow more smoke in it

Yeah, and it'll help to have a teapot where the spout enters the body fairly low. Kind of like this:
