I have a heat problem

The temp. outside is 84 degrees, but I am in a basement and it is 12am here.
I am growing in a closet that is 2ft long x 3-1/2ft wide x 5ft high and I just barely bought a temp and humidity meter and my readings are way too high. My temp read 93-95 degrees with hum. at 47 and I am running 150 hps for three plants and 2 100w cfl's for my sprouts. I have a fan blowing on the light to remove the heat above the plants and another fan circulating the air inside and it seems sumwhat breezy in there but I need to lower my temp. I cant install a squirrel fan for exhaust theres no place for it. Should I install a small airconditioner or what can I do? Do you think adding another fan would lower the temp? Do you think that it could be because my light is so low near the plants? I have had no burning problems so far from 2 grows. I need sum advice PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Leave the closet door cracked while the lights are on. It'll work wonders.
