I'm in the process of my first grow, and of course i have a male plant.. he's telling me that all the pot ive smoked was male plants and that i should leave it with my females. i know from my reseach and whatnot that i am most definately not leaving my males and females together, but i was wondering if male plants are smokeable.
Also...while I have this posted... I have them(about 20) growing in a greenhouse in my backyard, natural light... my dad grew when i was younger and used the same greenhouses and whatnot. I'm just using miracle grow soil and nutes... im not expecting anything spectacular about this yeild, but should it come out alright?
ummm...you could smoke male plants, but you might get a headache before getting high in some cases. Of the 20 plants you have going 10 should be female on average. Unless you're going to breed plants you have no need for males.

toss the males. they are not worth the headache nor the risk.. PLUS.. PLUS.. THEY RUIN.. RUIN YOUR FEMALES..... TOSS HIM NOW (not your dad.. just the male plant)
do not use nutrients with MIracle grow until you know for sure the plants are asking for food...
many many a grower have burned their plants by adding nutrients to MIRACLE GROW SOIL...
Are your plants in the ground or in containers?
Can you post a picture of the plants...?

and remember, if you smoke to much GANJA... yo too will start to think it is ok to smoke male plants...

Eh, I've smoked male plants, and I did get high, but that was after a two or three year layoff of not smoking anything. I didn't get extremely high or anything, but it was noticeable. That was all I had until the females finished flowering, and I don't regret smoking the males, was glad I had at least that. I don't keep them anymore, but I ain't too proud to admit I smoked them when I was jonesing. ;)
once agin, thanks for your help, and im **attempting** to show yall some pictures (crappy, because i only have a polaroid) but I'm majorly confused with the whole posting them thing.
Back in the day when I researched this, I think I came up with male plants have about 2 to 10 % of the THC and canniboids that female plants produce in their buds.
Smoke enough of it and you will get stoned, along with a killer headache.
