Is www.excellentpipes.com trustworthy?

I've been doing some background checks on this site all day. It seems too good to be true. Great prices, free shipping with orders over 69 bucks (international) Free gift over 29 bucks. Haha, I'm sure I sound like a commercial now, but I'm just not sure if I should go ahead and make a purchase without being sure. The business' VAT number is valid, and it does have a thawte.com security link.

If anyone has bought from them, let me know. I'd hate to get ripped off.
