You shouldn't smoke a black & mild like a cigarette. If you smoke it correctly, yes it's healthier. But, if you inhale the smoke, I doubt it.
Yeah dont inhale with cigars, its alot worse than inhaling a cigarette. I do like the flavor though and if you dont inhale its better for you, a friend of mine quit smoking cigarettes by smoking cigars instead and he said it works.
I thought B&Ms were cigarillos, you know the type you inhale?
I know some people who inhale the smoke from them but i wouldent,
machine made cigars and cigarillos with paper made from tobacco leaves can do alot more damage than a cigarette i would think, but i cant confirm it
I inhale black and milds all the time. I've smoked probably a good 30 of them in the last year and i have no problems with breathing or smokers cough. Inhaling it is better than smoking cigarettes. You can't feel the smoke when inhaled and the B&M gets you hella light headed. Feels GREAT!!
Most people don't inhale B&Ms. Or, just occasionally. But, it is better (health-wise) than a normal cigar.Quote:

If you want a general opinion, just look up the Encyclopedia article.

A cigarillo is a short, narrow cigar which resembles a common cigarette. Unlike cigarettes, however, cigarillos are wrapped not in paper but in whole-leaf tobacco. Cigarillos also usually contain fewer additives (though often more than real cigars). Cigarillos can be found for purchase alone or in packs, and are made with and without filters. Cigarillos are, like cigars, usually not inhaled, thus reducing risk for lung cancer and emphysema compared to cigarette smoking. See cigar health issues for more information.
