Just wanted to throw a terrible review at Mike and insidesun.com.

Ordered light on June 10. Website stated it had shipped the next day. I called to ask for a tracking number and got a runaround.

Days go by no light. I email several times for a tracking number, got vague responses...

I have finally demeanded my money back after Mike lied to me more than once about the shipping.

I stringly recommend NOT using INSIDESUN.COM. They have terrible service and they are not honest. I was told that my light would ship on the 13th by Mike. Several days later I ask for tracking. He tells me to call him and he will provide the numeber. I never got the number. He emails me again yesterday and tells me the light has FIANLLY shipped. I replied and told him i dont want the light now and I want my money. This is the second time I have sent such an email to Mike.

I HATE to leave a bad review such as this, but lying is not tolerable. If there is an issue, be honest and straightfoward. Dont dick me around for two weeks.

Again, insidesun.com is a joke. I think this guy is working out of his basement or something. WHo knows.

Well that sucks that you had a bad experience with them. but on there defense, sometimes companies make mistakes ya know. i say this because ive ordered plenty from them and always had great transactions...but sorry to hear that bro...good luck on getting your light

He is STILL dicking around with me. He claims that he sent it and that he will send me the tracking number. This guy is such a liar it isnt even funny.

I am going to take this up with the BBB.

I have disputer the charge with my cc company so he is screwed now.

Good for you. I will never recommend that dude again. This isn't the first time I have heard of trouble.

FINALLY arrived almost 20 days late.
