too late?

i live in texas and the days are still really long and its about 87 degrees out now. is it still to late to plant outside?or should i look for some lights

It is too late. Even though it is warm enough now, the days are starting to shorten which will effect it and the cool weather will come before the plant can finish.

that guys right, you'll have better better luck growing indoors.
