Can't get high anymore
Is anyone on a drug called risperdal? I'm taking this and now I am unable to get high. I don't smoke much, but I like to get high every once in a while. I don't really drink either.
For the record I hate being on the risperdal. It makes me sleep too much and destroys my will to do anything. I'm taking it for a week long psychotic episode I had a couple months ago. I have bipolar disorder.
I suppose if I'm prone to psychosis maybe I ought not be smoking cannabis. Every once in a while I don't see too much harm. Well, from now on I won't be smoking as it does nothing anyways. Anyone experience this? Anyone taking similar drugs and experienced this?

Could you post a follow-up? I was forcibly administered Risperdal eight months ago for an alleged psychotic episode and am presently negotiating a modest deal for the summer. If you've successfully withdrawn and still have problems I may consider a trial run before purchasing anything.

If you can possibly manage, stay away from those pharmacutecals. That industry puts there personnal bank accounts before your well being.

Follow-up: It might have just been the weed I was smoking, the method of delivery or the dose of resperidone. I'm on a smaller dose now and have smoked from a bubbler and a bong and both were able to get me high. I didn't enjoy either high, but it was a high. I don't think I've ever had that great of a reaction to weed anyways. Much of the time I get really neurotic inside and I start overanalyzing everything in a negative way. When I smoked from the bong I had this, plus some depersonalization where I felt disconnected from my body and my legs.
