Fun in sac? in Carmichael, rent a raft and go down the american river for like 6 hours drinking and smoking swimming, etc. make a gravity bong off the side of the raft ;) then at certain points they have people that you give like $10 for a ride back to your car. It's a blast

...say 'one' is hangin' downtown at the HI...where does 'one' go to find a party???
