Laser Floyd...

Ok, so lastnight I went to laser Floyd - The Wall with a few friends. Right before we went in we hot boxed the car. This was probably one of the coolest things I've ever done high. The lasers were so rad, especially when they'd do a spiral type design for a really long time. I'd just stare at the center, I'm not sure if it was me or if the spiral were really slowing down on the out side and then like turning into a sphere (sorry don't really know how to explain it). They also filled the dome with smoke and then shot lasers from different sides of the room, so when the lasers were lighting up the smoke it looked like when oil mixes with water... it was awesome! If anybody has a laser dome close to where they live, you should go check the schedule and see what's playing.

Has anyone else ever been to a laser show high or sober? What was your experience like?

Seattle has the best laser floyd show at midnight at the IMAX/Sciece Center... go high, and bring a blanket to lay on and watch a great show.

I haven't been to an IMAX theater in ages. It would probably be the expensive prices holding me back. Maybe after college I can afford to go like once a year as a vacation or something. I remember seeing the Michael Jordan one, and it changed my life.

I bet the one in New York City is better.

Seen it twice. Once with the band live in Phoenix, Arizona and once lazer effects only at Gammage Auditorium in Tempe, Arizona. Both were the best Id ever been to.

The second one with lazer effects, at the end of the show people thought it was over and the lights came on and people started to get up.

A few seconds later the lights in the auditorium went back off. Pitch black.

A huge .44 magnum handgun appeared on the screen sideways and just sat there, and then slowly started to rotate toward the audience.

When the barrel was pointed at the audience it just sat there for a few seconds.

Then the loudest f**king BOOM! and a bright white flash lit up the entire auditorium, then this hot chick in a tight dress starts in on a saxaphone solo for about 10 minutes.

Dude, the absolute best I have seen!!!!

yea dude, that's the one I went to.

It's only $8.00, and on thursdays it's only $5.00. they're also playing Laser Beatles, Laser Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon & The Wall, Laser Dirge (featuring the music of Tool), Laser U2, and Laser Alice in Chains. If you're in the Seattle area or are visiting you should definently hit up the laser dome.
