Hey....ANYONE FROM CANADA? Please Help.
 Hey.....So i'm looking to move to canada within like the next 2 weeks, but it's going to be more like a road trip unless I find a place to stay out there.
I mean.....I'm willing to pay rent and all, but i would need someone to help me find work and all.
If anyone can help please respond ASAP.
Thanks.
Much Appreciated!
Peace Love and All that.

i emmigrated to canada from the states last year..it is not easy at all for americans to come over here, so i would def look into it a whole lot more..you can only stay here for 6 months, and need to be highly skilled in order to get a work visa..i never thought it would be as hard to go somewhere because i AM american..lol

i recommend flying into canada....the border patrol gave me nightmares after I left canada

the problem with flying is going to be having to have the round trip ticket and only allowed 2 bags..they are also more likely to ask for rent agreements and statements from your employer, etc to show ties in the states if you are coming for more than a holiday type thing (ie, 2 weeks)..they also want to see you have 50 a day cash in your pocket if you arent staying with anyone, and 25 a day if you are...if none of this is to their satisfaction and they deny you, which is happening left and right these days, they will not even let you leave the terminal in the airport and you have to figure out how to get home..and if you are staying long in canada, and you fly, what about getting around when here? i have been going back and forth awhile now, and my experience is that car is by far the easiest way to get into canada for long trips without hassle and raising eyebrows.. (and yeah, going back sucks..they make you feel like you did something wrong for going to canada..when i went through last time, they were asking me local schools and rivers in the state i was returning to..sad)
princess.. :)
