Help White Flys

Alright Guys,

Im new here and I have done quite a lot of reading on lots of stuff! I have white flys in my grow up and I have some lowryders flowering and I dont want to spay them with chem. Also I live in asia where I can't get lady bugs delivered to me and I can't get them here does anyone know where i can get them or if I do anything else to help my babies! I mean the white fly have gone down alot after i sprayed the other non flowering plants I got rid of about 60% of the eggs they laid under the leaf with some soapy water a cotton bud! but I still have a couple flying around any help would be great!
