how often?

hi ppl

can some1 please tell me how much i should water 6 one week old plants with a flood n drain system,ive got it set on 4 times over 24hrs for 15mins at a time

i leave my pump on all the time..........dosent seem to harm the plants as i heard u cant over water rockwool if thats wut ur using

u can overwater rockwool and if u flood it constant the roots will not get enough air,so i thought

I run my pump in a flood and drain set up 8 times a day for 15 minutes. I have used both rock wool cubes and red clay pellets, both work equally well. My aeroponic pump runs 24/7. I also put 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide per gallon of water.
