Creeper??

Ok so I was wondering what exactly makes a creeper plant, well a creeper? Also can any plant be bred a certain way to make it creeper??

I believe it is a certain type of canniboids that are in the plant....

hmm I want to grow some but i'm not sure how lol...other than getting seeds for it.

so no one knows anymore bout creeper lol?
