Tumbling down that hole and back again...

Okay. Lately I've been trying to open my Third Eye using the song...Third Eye...from Tool.

I use this song because the first time I heard the song, my Third Eye opened...but I can't remember much of it because it was too much for my brain to handle! :eek:

Anyway, it took me months to start trying to open my eye with that song. I know HOW to do it...and it's obvious to me that the song was developed just TO open the Third Eye. The thing is, I can't train my mind to do it!

It's time I explain how it works. You have to listen to the song from start to finish, focusing on every note, keeping a clear mind, and not anticipating ANY part of the song. I know when I'm doing it right because I'll start feeling extremely...different...it's like all of a sudden I'm aware of all the energy around my body...But then that breaks my concentration! :( Not only that, but, avid Tool fan I am, it's hard for me NOT to anticipate parts of the song. Especially the part of the song that opened my Third Eye when I first heard it...because it scares me :eek:

Anywho, does anyone know how to help me keep a calm, clear mind so I can open my Third Eye?

ok when ever u start to feel like ur different, DO NOT get scared nothing will hurt u trust me everything u see is all in ur mind. trust me on this u can see wut u want just b calm n clear minded ur doin good jus tdont get scared, i sometimes get scared of wut i do to but u just gotta keep calm n know ur safe, n u can do it.

there are multipule things you can do just relaxing ur mind and other stuff

i've been on some what of a sabatical... i havent tried to concentrate much at all for quite a while now... i think it's mostly due to my underactive thyroid, which i take medication for, against my better judgement..... but anyways, i've been trying to meditate more lately, and so far im thinking im seeing small results.


for example, i am remembering more dreams, and am waking up with a sense of having drempt while asleep, unlike before, when i stopped meditating, i dont think i dreamed at all... woke up with the feeling i had just laid down, instead of the feeling like something just happened...


we are on the right track, i need to meditate more, and i would always suggest it to anyone who is trying to reach enlightenment, projection, or work with any chakra.


i think i need to work on my throat chakra, see if i cant wean myself off the medication... with luck and hope, and probably a lot of yoga lol

I'm convinced Tool is trying to enlighten us too.

Try touching the area that the third eye is in gently. Hold on to the feeling and keep it in your memory. If it worked, then you can open your third eye on command by recalling that gentle touch. Personally, a very spiritual person did this to me and since then I am having flash backs of him doing it (it feels like I am really there for a moment). Every time this happens my third eye opens. It is becoming more frequent recently. Princess: The opening of the third eye is not enlightenment just a tiny gift available to anyone if they choose to use it.

It's really about not thinking or trying to do anything.
