i see people posting pictures, and tabbing grow journals...and they're only defense is a little sentance or paragraph in their signature (like mine) that states hey...we're only kidding...i found this pictures online....they're not mine.
my question is...is that kind of precaution enough to keep us safe? or is it pointless to even bother putting it there.

COMPLETELY POINTLESS! People in here post their pics, post pics of their grow, and then in another thread give their age and place of residence. Why not just walk on down to the local P.D. and turn themselves in while they're at it!
Really, is a disclaimer going to hold up in court? Some in here have given them enough evidence for a search warrent. Just gotta play it smart!

those disclaimers are laughable, absolutely zero protection for your legal vulnerability ... think before you post, cover your ass ... (wish I could follow my own advice :D ) ...

Maybe, if someones paraniod, they could host their own pictures and creat a password protected page. Than just email/AIM that password to whomever you want to view all your pictures.
also a good way to support this sites bandwith!
Pointless. We need to admit we smoke and grow large amounts of cananbis and were proud to do so. The more of us that come out and say "Fuck the world, IM RIGHT" then the more the government will have to take notice.
