Large Scale SoG or SCRog?

1) Can one grow a SoG or SCRoG with larger lamps, i.e. 1KW HPS and in a larger area, say a 7' x 7' square area? What would be the plant density for such a schema and what would be the theoretical yield. I realize that I would have to design something that would be mobile enough to enable me to get in there and prune. top and tie down, but would I find that I would be in the realm of "diminishing returns" when something this large is contemplated? What I am shooting for is 320 plants in a 49 f2 area (7' x 7'). Is this realistic or feasible or am I sucking too much vapor here? :D
