Does anyone know if and what kind of test you take for a job as a social worker?

Hi all,
I am new here. Thinking about applying for a job as a social worker and wondered about their drug testing policy. Does anyone know anything? I am a college grad so I quailfy but I do smoke weed daily and hate to quit but know I'd have to. I just smoke weed and maybe a valium now and then so I am not a hard drug user. As usual, the drug testing policy only catches the ones that do the least harm, weed, but stays in your system the longest. Anyone out there have any firsthand knowledge? I'm from NC if that matters. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
