I am going to be growing some lowryders soon, going with soil filled pots and window light.
I was hoping for some suggestions for soil. Anyone know any soils that work exceptionaly well with this strain of marijuana? I am going to Rona and going to garden stores shopping and I would like to purchase the best possible shit for my new babies.

Actualy, now that I'm on the topic, I would also like advice about growing lowryders in general, never worked with em before.

What should I fill my pots with?
I have not had it. I was going to get some but now most are saying it's not that potent. Northern lights are a good first grow. Get any potting mix with no nutrients in it and maybe some perilite to mix in. Shultz catus nutrients are good. NO miricle grow it sucks for MJ. I think fox farm soil is good.
What should I fill my pots with?
It's great to be concerned enough to use a good soil mix, but you'll not get anywhere with just window light. You need concentrated light, like a cfl, or bigger HID lights.
What should I fill my pots with?
Lowryder is a short plant, a ruderalis, that blooms according to its maturity, not the light cycle ... it is also known as being rather mild on the potency scale ... :smokin:
What should I fill my pots with?
I read about it's potency, diferent people got diferent potency out of the plant, but yes, it's no white-widow. That's really ok because I am just growing this for my own personal smoking use. I don't mind having to roll up a lil bigger joint than usual to get stoned, with seeding and replanting, the price is right.
My main concern was secrecy, thus I chose lowryder. I forgot to say in my original post that I was using window light and CFL at night. I live in a hotel/apartment suite, so a low profile is at the top of the priority list.
Any suggestions for wattage when I purchase my cfl?
What should I fill my pots with?
Get the biggest wattage CFL that you can find, don't be afraid to fork over some extra $$$$$$ for a nice CFL.
Also, buy some worm castings and mix them in with your soil. They're the safest and one of the best ferilizers. Worm castings cannot burn a plant. You can get 10-15 pound off ebay for under $15.
What should I fill my pots with?
I'm using Ocean Forrest soil right now, and that comes with worm castings already in it. $20 from the hydroponics store.
