Seed reaping questions for your real growers..
Well I just have a question, is it allowed for me to ask for seeds on this forum (:p) not buying or trading, just...asking xD. Also my second question is what is the average ammount of seeds that one pollinated plant will produce? And I have never been up close and personal with a female flowering plant so I was wondering what is this slick looking thing I attached? Is this the actual seed pod that bursts and sends seeds falling below? Usually in pics I just see the calyx's and pistils never actually saw what the calyx's were enveloping :).

looks like a seedpod, that thing is a pregnant calyx, it will produce 1 seed. I had a plant do this to itself after it grew 1 pollen sack(deep in a bud), never spread outside that one bud, but it produced some 10 seedpods. I am pretty sure you can produce more than enough seed from a single plant, probably upwards of 300 seeds or more per plant.... that is if thats what you want....

Yep thats a seeded plant. I pollinated a lowryder recently and got about 120 seeds from it - and its a small plant, so obviously you get more with a larger plant. If youre gonna pollinate, just do a single branch and not the whole thing.

Well of course, that would only make sense..though I wouldnt be happy for that time being because I wont have no sinsemillia to smoke, but if I get mature seeds from a plant then next season I can plant more seeds plus still have some left over. Getting up to 100 seeds is way more logical than having 20 and wanting sinsemillia, if you want to save money that is lol.

try thousands on one full grown female that has been fully pollinated.
a way i found for controlling the amount of seeds without resorting to covering individual branches is maturing the male earlier so it's producing pollen when preflowers are first showing then removing the male carefully to limit extra pollen floating around (i cover with a garbage bag for removal). only the preflowers and flowers already developed will make seed while the main harvest will be sinse.
