will they get any drugs if they dont specificcally test for em?

I have to get a blood test for my acne to see if the medicine im on is working, would they notice any kind of drugs if they didnt look for them specifically?

probly not..but if they do notice anything, they most likely wont even say anything.

Even if they found evidence of drugs in your system they cant do anything if they are in there. Also they wont test most likely for no reason cause it would just cost them more money to run extra tests.
