LST not necessary?

but it seems that each new question needs a new thread.

My plants arent stretching at all...very very similar to GK's grow with the mg and cfl's....not the conditions but the condition of the plant....my question is with a really short squat plant should i lst to get the most out of the situation or would the difference be negligble?

also....In that link, GK said that it was an option to flower the plants NOW.....if they doubled in sized (as is supposed to be customary with these plants during flower), it would equal a total of 10 inches.....i have 5ft vert of grow space and want to use it to the maximum...i'm pulling out all stops with side lighting and all that, i'm going to finish these WW correctly and then pics for all! (but thats it....the rest for me) so basically, being my first grow i'd like to follow the advice of the OG's but it seems like flowering now would be a waste......for best results read the other thread for back story.
