i might know ppl who can help, but its been a while since i spoke to them, but my best mate is into all that stuff too so i'll ask him today whats best to use for that kinda thing :)
i also have Image Ready* if that helps?
i just heard that image ready is supposed to be great for making gifs, but so far, it just seems like a crappy version of Photoshop.
just downloaded Animation Shop, and it works,
cool, i'll still give my m8 a shout, he knows most of the best programs for stuff like that.

you can make animated photos with Image Ready.
