Airtight backdoor for my 150w Hps Cab.

First I want to say how much you all have helped me. So many ingenous ideas and problem solving. I have a cab in construction right now. Everything up untill this point has been fairly straight forward and rewarding but I am stumped. As You can see from the photos I decided to build it with a rear entrance and seal off the front to look like a regular dresser. The next picure ( Sorry for the size I just thought it would help to see it better) is from the back and you can see I've used NIMBY's cab design. The three 1in elbow in my mother room will be the cabs intake. The air will then flow into my flowering room out, through a carbon scrubber at the top of the flowering chamber and into the utility room. From the utility room the air will be pulled down, through 4in PVC, all the way back down the interior of the cab to exit the through the floor. There I will attach with insulated flex tubing to my dimmer controled Elecient 175cfm inline, wrapped in insulation and stuffed into a Rubbermaid box for sound. That's the basics I have all sorts of tweeks throughout all of that but for now here's my problem. In order for all of this venting work to be do-able I need all of the rooms to be completely sealed from each other. That's easy when it comes to the interior walls but how do I do it for the door? My original idea was to use weather stripping, good heavy duty closed cell stuff, seperate all of the rooms from each other, hence all of those beams framing the rooms and pull in the back panel nice and tight against it. The problem is that I can't find a latching system that can pull the wall in that tight. I've use basic magnet latches as seen on the right and the male/female style latches on the left but neither work, maybe if I line five on each wall buuuuutttt ideally I shouldn't have to do that. I would like the back panel to be completly removable. Any Ideas. I wish those eletrical magnetic latches were cheaper.
