BAD LUCK WITH SEEDBOUTIQUE.COM!!
I guess that I had bad luck with seedboutique.com, because I sent my order on May 8th (June 1st as of now) and still have not recieved my order. I knew the chances of getting my beans intercepted could happen, but DAMN!! I heard so many good reviews on seedboutique.com that I thought it would come to the U.S. for sure! My process: I went to the local Postal Office and purchased an envelope. Next, I filled out the order form and went to the local convience store that had Western Union. I then purchased an $111 money order and placed everything that I needed to complete my process inside of the envelope, and mailed it off (84 cents for International shipping) to the seedboutique.com company. I also used a fake name and a friend's P.O. Box so I could recieve the order. What in the World did I do wrong?? Could someone please give me tips on what to do different next time, and also, another reputable bean company that I can rely on to ship to the U.S.??

Have you emailed them to find out the status of your order?
I bought seeds from canada and it took over 6 weeks to get them, so you may just need to be a little more patient.
Also, did you make sure to send an INTERNATIONAL money order and not just a regular one? It makes a difference to them, although I don't know the reason why.

Also when you send something like that overseas SPEND the extra money and have it shipped Global Express sure its another $25-30 but you can at least confirm through the USPS that it got there because they have to sign for it. By sending it like you did it could take up to 3-4 weeks to get there remember its a US Govt. division that in itself tells you alot.

You still might get them. see if you can get up with them. They may not be able to cash western, should of been international money order. You should check with western to see if it got cashed. I know peeps get pariniod about ordering seeds but I have dealt with other thing that are not to be in US without problems. I ordered from DrChonics 3 or 4 times in the last 8 months with a credit card and my address, screw it . They are busy looking for the big bad guy's and hardly mess with someone who just wants afew seeds. Not like I can make a nuke or something. hope you get them later.

On seedboutique.com in the FAQ section (5. How To Order) it stated:
Money Orders:
- We accept regular USD Money orders. International Money Orders are NOT required. Any money order from available from most gas stations, convenience stores, grocery stores and the like will be accepted. Make Payable to ICM Ltd. or leave blank.
I tried to send an International Money Order from the Post Office, but the clerk told me they do not make money orders for the UK (United Kingdom). I don't know why they would accept USD Money Orders instead of International, but who knows?? I will try to be a little more patient with the order, and I'll be emailing them shortly after I get off of the forum. How long should I wait before attempting to send an order out to a different company?

I'll be sure to definitely do that the next time I try to order overseas. How long does it usually take to reach the UK? Is there a tracking number included with the Global Express package?

Why not use a UK seed company? Having it shipped that far seems a bit much when your doing things with money orders...

i would not order from sd,thier has ben problems with change of owners and shit going on their.i think dr chronic would be a safer way to go,if you don't get your seeds.

Thanks for the help! Dr. Chronic was my second choice from the beginning (Wish it was my first, LOL). I've heard alot about Dr. Chronic being good, so I will definitely try Dr. Chronic next, if I don't recieve my beans in 2 weeks. The only downfall to Dr. Chronic is that they don't have BOG's seed company. But I can make another choice if it comes down to it.

I was kind of skeptical about ordering from a Canadian company, because people from other forums told me to stay away from a Canada and Amsterdam-based company because of the police cracking down on the bean banks in those countries. Thats why my choices came down to Seed Boutique and Dr. Chronic which are UK-based companies. Good that you recieved your order, but if comes down to another choice I will try Hemp Depot.
