Is 90* degrees to hot for a plant?
Right now I have a 4 day old seedling in a 4in pot in my windowsil im not sure what kind of soil its in but its very light and has sponge rocks in it
A plant grows best at 75-80F but it wont do any harm, i mean, they are grown on the equator.
Plants can go a few days without water.
Now, read the faqs cos that way you havnt got to ask questions that have already been answered

GOOD luck, most indoor grows that use natural light end up not getting long enough daylight for healthy vegatative growth... 18+ hours
and they usualy stretch because the intensity is not adequate...
You could use CFL's and supplement it with natural light...
