About a gallon a day. It's hard to drink much more when I'm eatin 4500 calories a day.
I'm not sure exactly. Depends what I'm doing. If I'm working hard and sweating balls, I drink easily 4L of water a day. If it's just a lazy day, not near as much. Maybe half that, even less.
I always drink a TON of water because I mix creatine (a muscle building supplement) in it. So everyday I always drink a ton of water because i go to the gym alot (it also keeps your tolerance low ;P) and work out.
all i know is that i drink 27 bottles of 16oz each a day

I lift for football and im kinda a body builder I guess. Yeah I sometimes take protein after a workout with creatine but when I do its usually not that much, I dunno why I just dont think it helps as much as creatin so I rarely buy it.
Lol....they work hand in hand.....Protiend builds muscles, creatine vloumizes them so they can take in more protien and vitamins and shit....USE BOTH.

Yes I know, but I would rather spend my money on a nice juicy protein infested steak then even MORE white powder....so much of that stuff lyign around... haha jk. im stoned -_-
Just don't use Creatine if you have pre-existing kidney and liver problems, without talking to your doctor.
