Should I use buckets or not?
I'm currently germinating about 30 seeds, soaking them in water then growing seedlings, then I have 2 options or more if you provide another. I have found my spot I want to grow, a woodsy area, small stream about 20 feet away for water. My question is should I use 5 gallon buckets with holes in the bottom to grow the plants in or just dig a hole, lay down some good soil and grow directly in the ground? Also.. I'm a bit worried someone might see the buckets as well, I might need to camoflauge them with some spray paint. Ideas? Many thanks to all repliers.

I would stick em directly in the ground. Dig about a three foot hole, 3*3*3, then lay down some good soil, then plant. The turn off for buckets is that they could be spotted, stolen easier, nocked over by wind, ect...
Just stick em in the ground.-EmT

I just planted 10 seeds randomly around my yard - where my mom plants her flowers, lol. I don't know how long I can keep them growing until someone figures it out, I'll probably end up moving a good amount of them somewhere safe.

I dig my holes then before i refill them i line them with pastic garbage bags and poke a few holes in the bottom for drainage.refill the holes with soilmix and then put the plant in.that will cut down on the amount of water you have to provide(carry).also cut down on visits to the plants
