Well, right now I'm learning how to box for self defense but I have a serious problem...either I'm really out of shape or the marijuana wont allow me to stay up for a long time...when ever I start doing like 50 push-ups I rest for a while then I try to shadow box...I run out of breath QUICKLY I feel like I'll die if I dont catch my breath lol..so now it's time for a sad but serious question..should I stop to improve my supply of air or are my lungs just already effected?..i'm not blaming marijuana, I'm blaming the smoke..I would eat it if the high's werent so intense..
