VASAP question
Got a quick question on VASAP testing procedure/policy. I got hit with possession of paraphernalia recently, have "orientation" for 25 hours of community service tomorrow. I may just be paranoid, but this smells like a potential time to be tested. Anyone have experience with this? Are my fears legitimate, or am I just being overly paranoid since I haven't been able to relax and smoke in about a week? Thanks for any input.

I don't know about your state but here in Wisconsin the orientation is just seeing what type of work you do and what hours your available. There was no piss testing...here at least.
Good luck to ya!

VASAP question
That's the opinion I've received from others, but I've been overly paranoid lately. I guess I'll let everyone know what happens after it happens at 1:30 today. Still trying to get as diluted as possible just to be safe. If anything else, it'll be info for anyone else in a similar situation.
May not need to, but definitely keeping my fingers crossed. Won't be smoking again until this is off of my record :( but I'll definitely be drinking a good amount tonight, win or lose.
And I may even be hydrated enough to not get a killer hangover! Which is why I prefer smoking in the first place...better overall... But, I can do my best to wait for a good thing. Not sure what I'll do to take care of being unable to sleep through my girlfriend's snoring next time she stays over here. Last time, a few bong hits got the job done. Going to have to figure out a new solution for now.
Thanks for the input.

Dude, the shouldn't be pissing you unless the judge ordered it and you should know if he did.

I went through ASAP twice. Once for possession, once for DUI. I had to take weeks of courses, but, with the thing that you have, unless you have a probation officer, it looks like you'll have it easier.

From my understanding of ASAP, I had friends who went through it. Some missed all the sessions, and got released. Others simply quit and dealt with it. But as Beachguy said, if you aren't on probation, it's not a big deal.

I didn't have a probation officer, either time. The first class, everyone had to blow up against this breathalizer-type thing stuck on the wall. The class I went to for possession, I was tested three times in ten weeks.
