- The Pope ('cause we all know the pope likes dope)

- George W. Bush (just because he needs to be shut up in one way or the other)

- Keith Richards (because falling from a palm tree makes you crave for some weed)

- President Dominique de Villepin (to relax and consider a career change)

- Micheal Jackson ('cause nothing can make him more wacko than he already is)

- Premier Jan-Peter Balkenende (to finally broaden his view a bit more)
