Methadone

How much methadone does it take to get a good effect? I've got a single 10mg (54/142) pill... I'm guessing that's not enough? But I can get more...

You'll definately feel one. I'd say try it and see how you like it before doing more. Methadone lasts a long time, if you do more than you want you'll be fucked up for a whole day. Don't do more than two if you don't have an opiate tolerance.
